Order processing was flawless and they shipped my padfolio immediately. It is beautiful with great quality, and as advertised on the site. I brought it to a trade show where many people complimented me on the product. Very satisfied with the service and the product.
This was a gift for my son’s birthday. The bag arrived on time and in great shape. Unfortunately the bag arrived without the long strap. I sent an email concerning this issue and hoping for a response soon. I am awaiting patiently. Thank you

Great portfolio, great leather and craftsmanship. Unfortunately, I don’t know if it was done in shipping or left the factory this way but when I received the portfolio it has a small cut on the leather.
I ordered a smaller bag that didn’t quite fit all of my needs so they returned it, no problems. This bigger bag is perfect for a big laptop and extra files. Quality feels great so far.
I wanted a new bag and did loads of research. I settled on Sam’s Buffalo. I ordered the bag and when it arrived the strap was too short and I could t wear it. I had read bad reviews about slow or no customer service. My experience couldn’t have been any better. I sent an email to the company and told them if the problem. I received a note from Sam, who I took to be the Sam in Sam’s Buffalo. He told me he would personally ensure that my bag fit and asked me how long the strap needed to be. This is a very nice leather bag, and I really like the natural patina of the leather. It looks very well-built and will last a long time with the proper care. I do recommend taking a chance and purchasing a bad from Sam's Buffaloes, as I believe you will not regret it. This one will serve me in the business world and personal life for years to come. It definitely gives a professional look to your attire, no matter what the situation is. To me, I feel like I "mean business" when I come walking into a room. Also, I have received numerous compliments on how good it looks. Looking forward to using this bag for years to come. It will hold my laptop, tablet, bible, notebooks, etc. Good job Sam's Buffaloes on a very quality made bag. If you have a few things you like to carry, look into the dimensions and make proper measurements of what you intend on carrying.
This bag rules. I read reviews about customer service or poor quality. This bag RULES. Initially the bag came with a strap that was too short. Poor customer service? NAH. I received a response from Sam of Sam’s Buffalo Bags apologizing and PERSONALLY guaranteeing that he would make it right. He did. My new bag has a longer strap which allows it to fit. Now THATS customer service. If I ever need any kind of leather bag I guarantee that Sam’s Buffalo Bags will be my one and only call.
The bag itself is great. Very roomy and well made. Only reason for the 4 stars is because the strap is way too short. I have to use 7 caribeaners until an 18” strap from Amazon to extend it arrives.

I absolutely love this bag. The caramel color is gorgeous and goes with almost everything I wear. The leather feels soft and premium, and the design is both stylish and practical.
It fits my wallet, phone, keys, makeup essentials, and other daily items without feeling bulky. The front pockets are super helpful for staying organized and the strap feels very comfortable.

I’ve had it for about 1 month. Seems to be very well made. It is exactly what I was looking for. Description is very accurate. The 3 main compartments really allows you to get a lot of stuff organized. I will definitely be looking into a carry on size travel bag.

I surprised my wife with the exact leather wallet that she wanted for her birthday. She was ridicuously happy with this gift and it is beautiful and well-made. She loves the stitching and that one-of-a kind leather scent. We have to keep it away from our Akitas, but they know better not to mess with mama's wallet. This wallet brought back happy memories of both of our dad's leather wallets growing up. Once they had that perfect leather wallet they never needed another one. We hope this wallet will stand the test of time too.

Thanks for your feedback—those white marks are typically temporary water spots from natural leather and usually wipe off once dry. A good leather conditioner or protectant can help reduce this and improve water resistance over time.
Really impressed with this bag. I have a 15 inch laptop that fits perfectly and is well protected. There is space for my charger and headphones, plenty of pockets for miscellaneous items, and this bag will certainly handle being my carry-on that goes under the seat in my flight travels. No regrets, I expect this bag to handle many years of hard use.

This bag was a purchase for my birthday. I absolutely love it. It looks incredibly nice. The stitching looks to be done very well and the zippers are heavy duty. I’m in sales, so having a bag that will endure lots of action is definitely a plus. Awesome work!!! I will be buying more.

Nice bag! I’ve used the nylon material travel bags for years. Wanted a leather bag to have for a lifetime. Sam’s Buffalo retro duffle bag is the one. Used it once, can’t wait to use it again. Thanks.
I love this bag! Has plenty of pockets and storage space and looks great. The only knock I would say is that the shoulder strap adjusters need to have something from preventing them from coming undone. Im a bigger guy and the straps come undone sometimes because they are close the the end, but I still love the bag.

Enjoyed bag for the few weeks I was using it. The shoulder strap on the bag broke. I sent an email to get a replacement bag and to return the broken one. The only correspondence I have received from them thus far is this product survey, will keep in touch or update this rating as soon as I am satisfied with my request. Hopefully someone from customer service with read my email and survey and will help me with my issue.
11/10/2025. I found out that I had jumped the gun on my recent review, not only was the customer service fantastic, I spoke a little early on them not emailing me in a timely manner, an over sight on my part. The response to my request was answered in a timely manner and a replacement bag was at my doorstep within a week. I will continue shopping here.

Received my 24 inch duffle bag in a reasonable amount of time and am extremely pleased with it. Is exactly as represented in the pictures and looks like it is sturdy and well made with attention to detail. It looks like it will hold up quite well for a long time. In my 30 years at my current job I have had many different briefcases and laptop bags, this one is by far the nicest, it has the best pockets, compartments, and storage and is the highest quality bag I've ever owned. I can't believe it was only 219.00, it looks and feels like 399.00

I love the craftsmanship and design. Plenty of space for my college books and laptop but natural smell is bit strong hopefully it gets lighter in time other than that it’s a great briefcase.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with the bag. I will say none of the card holders inside fit any of my cards. They all seem to be slightly too small and I've tried multiple credit and debit cards and they're all the same size.
The magnetic pocket on the outside doesn't really latch as well as I think it could. I think the part where the magnet makes contact with the metal is a little small.
Other than that, It looks really nice. I've gotten compliments on it. And it holds my stuff comfortably. Hoping to see what it looks like in a couple of years.

The Leather Laptop Briefcase is well-made and clearly shows good craftsmanship. I would recommend it for personal use, but maybe not as a gift. While it's understandable that leather color can vary, unfortunately, the shade we received wasn’t my partner’s favorite. There weren’t many alternative options he liked, and returning it would have involved a high cost. So we decided to keep it and use it. Over time, he’s grown to like it and appreciate its quality.

The bag is of exceptional quality, strong brass zippers holds my iPad mini + loads more wishing it had a leather strap instead of nylon, thinking of taking it to a leatherman to have it replaced with a leather one, other than that the build quality and stitching are great, would buy again from this site!
