Received my 24 inch duffle bag in a reasonable amount of time and am extremely pleased with it. Is exactly as represented in the pictures and looks like it is sturdy and well made with attention to detail. It looks like it will hold up quite well for a long time. Without reservation I would recommend anyone in the market for a leather bag to look at Sam’s Buffalo.

For Christmas, I bought two 24” bags; one for my 19 year old son and the other for my father. Very impressed with Sams Buffalo travel bag. I have been looking for a nice vintage style leather bag for a while, and ended up on Sam Buffalo website. The price, quality and workmanship is outstanding, seeing the bag in person is wow. I’m ready to show off my bag on my next trip. Thanks for a quality bag with years of good use ahead.
This bag has three features that I admire: (1) It's very attractive. The leather is gorgeous and it is beautifully stitched together, giving the bag a rugged, strong appearance. It is very masculine, but at the same time elegant. I can see how some women might like the bag, too. I like how it keeps its shape when empty. The leather has a good smell. Do you remember what your brand-new leather baseball glove smelled like when you were kid? The bag's leather smell will probably remind you of that. I love it. (2) It's very roomy. I am a college professor, so I'm constantly moving books, electronics, and papers between my office and my home. This bag can hold a lot of stuff, including all of my goodies plus my full-sized coffee thermos. I love it for that reason alone! (3) The bag is strong. The leather handles are stitched and riveted into the bag, so they are not going to break off any time soon. I haven't tested the bag to see how many pounds of stuff it will hold before it falls apart (and I don't intend to do that), but trust me when I say that it is strong enough to carry your daily things to and from work without incident. I have some other office bags that I use from time to time, but this one is my favorite. I highly recommend it.
Splurged on this and I couldn't be happier. Debuted it at a K-12 teacher symposium for United 93, and took solace on a sad weekend in my awesome new bag.
This thing is really well made! I think it might hold up to the abuse I put my other bags through a little better.

Love it, love the looks. Hoping to use it as a carry on, but w the 24" bag I'm a little concerned. Also, would have given 5+ stars except the side and front flaps are only securable by the magnet claps, not with the straps as pictured! They are not secured by much..

It was difficult getting it unpacked. Damage was done to the bag in the process. Otherwise, I really like the bag. It is almost too pretty to use.
