I wanted a new bag and did loads of research. I settled on Sam’s Buffalo. I ordered the bag and when it arrived the strap was too short and I could t wear it. I had read bad reviews about slow or no customer service. My experience couldn’t have been any better. I sent an email to the company and told them if the problem. I received a note from Sam, who I took to be the Sam in Sam’s Buffalo. He told me he would personally ensure that my bag fit and asked me how long the strap needed to be. I replied back to him with the correct measurements and like magic a beautiful bag showed up with a strap that was long enough. I love my new bag. It’s a

This bag rules. I read reviews about customer service or poor quality. This bag RULES. Initially the bag came with a strap that was too short. Poor customer service? NAH. I received a response from Sam of Sam’s Buffalo Bags apologizing and PERSONALLY guaranteeing that he would make it right. He did. My new bag has a longer strap which allows it to fit. Now THATS customer service. If I ever need any kind of leather bag I guarantee that Sam’s Buffalo Bags will be my one and only call.
The bag itself is great. Very roomy and well made. Only reason for the 4 stars is because the strap is way too short. I have to use 7 caribeaners until an 18” strap from Amazon to extend it arrives.

What a great bag. It holds my IPad, Air- Generation 3, my ear buds, two sets of glasses, iPhone 14 Max, note pad, my pouch of tooth brush paste, Kleenex, skin care products, my recharger and cables, etc. I love the texture of the leather and I can be rough on it all day long. BEST BAG EVER!!!
My husband and I ordered two of these bags for a 2 week trip to Scotland. I added a tassel and dragonfly to mine to distinguish between the two. We have been able to carry our water bottles, chargers, snacks and passports comfortably with all the pockets. The only recommendation we have is that you try adding double zippers so they can be unzipped from the top.
Excellent merchant, product as described, super fast shipping, communication was fantastic…would definitely do business again…can’t say enough positives things, I am super pleased with the whole experience. The product is impeccable, the wife absolutely loved it.
I love the bag, it’s well made. The strap is the only issue as it’s way too short to be across the body. I had to order an 18” extension for it to be a cross body bag. If the zippers are hard to use just use mink oil on the entire bag as it softens the leather and zippers work easier. Mink oil just makes the bag a bit darker.
Only a 4 because the strap is too ahort for across the body. It is great as for over a shoulder. I purchased an 18” extension and now perfect! I also used saddle soap on it for waterproofing and now zippers are so much easier to work. I love it.
The strap for the bag is too short. At its longest it’s only 13” and needs to be at least 26 inches to fit me. I’ve contacted the company and they have vowed to fix it thru either a replacement bag or new strap. As of today, I’ve not received anything to fix my dilemma. Their customer service has been great so far and I live the bag. Stylish, takes a beating and once the leather breaks in and becomes more malleable it will be awesome. Another suggestion would be to install a key ring on top of bag to hold my keys. I’m waiting on their response. I will change my rating upon receipt of their solution.
Horrible company. Strap broke on bag within a few weeks. Emailed the company several times about a warranty with zero response. No customer service and a junk product.
