I originally ordered a backpack and it arrived quickly within the shipping period. However when I got it I realized it was too big for my needs, so I contacted customer support via email and they were extremely responsive and took care of my refund and new order (I went with a smaller backpack this time). I am very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship; the only knock for me personally is that the leather is not distressed at all and looks glossy / shiny and brand new - which is fine, but just know that any distressing or that "broken in" look you may want is not present. 10/10 would order again from Sam's Buffalo.
