How can you do better, perhaps by answering e mails. I have sent 5 or 6 e mails regarding my broken shoulder strap and you just ignore me. I like the bag but it broke the first time I used it. I had it maybe a week or 2. I also orders a duffle bag in march and it did not come with a shoulder strap. You actually DID answer me then and you told me you would send it out. No strap. Improve your customer service. It’s non existent.

Great news! This backpack has been slightly redesigned. This is a huge improvement over the last version! The laptop/iPad sleeve is now PADDED with a velcro tie down. The straps have been re-enforced with double stitching. The canvas inside has been changed to a quilted cloth. These are massive changes that makes this backpack much more rugged than the previous version. The last one I had to have the strap changed and re-enforced with additional rivets. This version is much better. Congrats. Very pleased with the revisions.
