Enjoyed bag for the few weeks I was using it. The shoulder strap on the bag broke. I sent an email to get a replacement bag and to return the broken one. The only correspondence I have received from them thus far is this product survey, will keep in touch or update this rating as soon as I am satisfied with my request. Hopefully someone from customer service with read my email and survey and will help me with my issue. 11/10/2025. I found out that I had jumped the gun on my recent review, not only was the customer service fantastic, I spoke a little early on them not emailing me in a timely manner, an over sight on my part. The response to my request was answered in a timely manner and a replacement bag was at my doorstep within a week. I will continue shopping here. Respectfully, Frank C. Malone II

Very Impressed!! The bag is of exceptional quality, strong brass zippers holds my iPad mini + loads more wishing it had a leather strap instead of nylon, thinking of taking it to a leatherman to have it replaced with a leather one, other than that the build quality and stitching are great, would buy again from this site!

Bought this for a trip to Hawaii. It was the perfect size for my needs to travel in, larger than my leather fanny pack, but smaller than a leather backpack. It's design and organization allowed to carry everything I needed, from 2 water bottles (26oz & 16oz) a power bank to charge my phones, and other essential needs. I took it to paces never pampering it, as it got wet when it rained a little for a few minutes, then dried out in the sun. Dropped and dragged through the sand at Waikiki Beach, it survived my torture test. When I get home I'll clean and condition it with Obenauf's leather cleaner & oil conditioner.

I bought one of the 14” bags last month. The strap just broke, so I can’t recommend this product.
The bag itself seems to be a great bag. However, your shipping process leaves a lot to be desired causing wrinkles in the bag and strap. The bag arrived squished and wrapped in tight plastic. The strap was scrunched up and not packed flat. Neither the strap nor the bag has fully recovered from the shipping with the strap still obviously wrinkled. I’m hoping it does recover shape sooner rather than later.

It’s basically a man’s purse you just swing it on your neck. You can walk in Vegas you can walk and be in the fair when you go visit family you have your cologne, your charger, your wallet, etc. and it’s fantastic. I do recommend it.

Bag arrived as shown. It's a soft, well made bag. Excellent quality leather, and craftsmanship. It fits my 11" tablet, a Walther ppq m2 9mm, 5" barrel, and my phone with extra space for other items.

great experience.... On 2 separate occasions, I was asked where did I buy my Man Bag ....I was in Rome Italy, They thought I purchased it there, I said sorry and told them where they could purchased one on -line. I really wasn't sure you would ship to Italy.

The jury is still out on the color and aged finish of the leather. Also less robust size and weight of metal shoulder strap attachments would be more comfortable plus the addition of a shoulder pad attachment to the strap would result in ease of carry.

I love the sling bag, I usually carry a backpack.
