We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sam's Buffalo. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Conditions for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please ensure that any tags, labels, or protective films are intact and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of your purchase. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable.

Return Shipping: If the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to personal preference or a change of mind, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Restocking Fee: Please note that all returns are subject to a restocking fee of $29.99. This fee helps cover the cost of inspecting, processing, and restocking returned items.

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, unless otherwise specified. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we kindly ask that you initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item separately.

Exceptions: Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
